The home analysis will include a thorough tour of the home by the Gentleman Builder utilizing a 100+ point checklist. During the analysis the Gentleman Builder will share pertinent information about your home with you. You will receive a copy of the checklist, maintenance suggestions and a home improvement wish list.

What is different about a Home Analysis as opposed to a home inspection?
Most people do not know that home inspectors are not licensed in the state of Florida. (Licensing is scheduled to be required in Florida beginning in July 2010.) Frequently home inspections are ordered by home buyers as part of the home purchase process. While this inspection may be valuable to the buyer the inspector is not usually working for the present owner/seller. The Gentleman Builder, a Florida state certified general contractor, has extensive experience, not only in construction and building science but in real estate, acquisitions, sales and development.
