Analysis Description
Utilizing a 101 point checklist the Gentleman Builder will examine every aspect of your home’s condition; encompassing structure, safety, weather resistance, mechanical systems, finishes, appearance and more. Understand that the HOME ANALYSIS is not just a “home inspection”. While home inspectors are not licensed or regulated in the state of Florida, the Gentleman Builder is a Florida State Certified General Contractor with the experience and perspective of a builder who has worked on thousands of homes.
In addition to a phsycial assessment of your home, the Home Analysis will provide you with insight into your home's potential for any upgrades you might be considering, and the "reasonableness" of those upgrades with regard to your home and its location.
